What happens if I cancel?
Nothing breaks. In Build mode your translations are already files served from your own build. You lose new runs, not your site — and you can export everything first.
Is 199 kr per site or per account?
Per workspace. Unlimited sites, languages and team members — the flat fee is the whole point.
Which models can I bring?
Anything with an OpenAI-compatible endpoint — hosted or self-hosted — and a separate vision endpoint if you want screenshots on your own provider too. Keys are stored encrypted.
Do you train on my content?
No. With your own key your content flows to your provider under your terms and never touches our AI; with ours it's processed for your translation and nothing else.
What counts as a word?
Every word stored in your workspace — source strings and their translations, across all languages and projects. It's a storage limit: running AI on your stored words is included and never metered against you.
What happens if I go over my limit?
Nothing breaks — your site keeps serving and AI keeps working. We email the owners, and if the workspace is still over its limit a week later it moves up to the next tier automatically (prorated by Stripe). Prune under the limit at any point and nothing changes.
Is AI translation really unlimited?
Within fair use, yes: the plan covers keeping YOUR stored words translated. We expect a significant portion of a site not to be re-translated every month; cycling words in and out to farm AI runs is outside fair use (see the Terms).
Can I switch between Embed, Build and Sync?
Anytime, per project. Switching modes never re-translates a word — all three share one translation memory, rulebook and history.
